Expert Editorial for British Parking Association (BPA)
“The British Parking Association (BPA) is the premier parking trade association in the United Kingdom and has been in existence for over 50 years. It represents all key companies in the UK parking industry and advises and guides parking Consultants, Operators and Developers on legislation, products, services and strategic parking issues.
It also represents the UK parking industry in advising the British Government on legislation, standards and strategic transport planning in addition to providing support and advice to parking Investors and corporate bodies.
Parking News is a monthly publication that is the main communication method of the BPA and has a wide circulation, both in the United Kingdom and internationally. It is distributed in both electronic and hard copy format and is well respected for its views and opinions on the UK industry in particular but also across Europe.
In discussion with the BPA, it became clear that there was a low level of familiarity and understanding of automatic parking systems and in particular a lack of knowledge of the latest technologies. The idea grew that their readership, as key representative of the parking industry, should have an understanding of APS – it’s technology, features and the potential benefits it could offer their clients. So came the opportunity for Skyline Parking to be the first APS company ever to write a detailed editorial for the magazine as an expert in the field of APS.
This represents a key milestone in building market awareness of APS in the UK (and Europe) and, most importantly, positioning Skyline Parking as the industry expert and leader in its field.”
